How can CAFARAN ® be placed in heaps of old paper, clothing or furniture piled up in attics, cellars or even in residential settings?

Either by way of prevention or dealing with an infestation, CAFARAN ® is the only suitably effective solution.

CAFARAN ® baits are placed discreetly and rapidly at carefully chosen sites without disturbing the residents nor dispersing the cockroaches. Present or future cockroaches will continue to succumb to the poisoned food contained in the permanent baits as long as the product retains its effectiveness (guaranteed for one year).

The bait comes in two different forms :

Strips
Small and discrete self -adhesive strips (see data sheet).

Easy to place thanks to their self-adhesive coating : cut the baits apart and apply by pressing down firmly.

Granules
The granules are used to provide additional protection of areas in certain specific cases and for treating commercial or industrial buildings, but not living areas.

Where should CAFARAN ® granules be used ?

In hard-to-reach areas (such as false ceilings) or uninhabited spaces (cellars, attics, dustbin areas, boiler rooms, etc ..) ; the granules should be spread throughout the area.

In heavily infested areas, which must be closed off for four or five days. Spreading the granules facilitates poisoning hundreds of crockroaches at a time.

In devices such as telephones, computers, cash registers, television sets, cassette players, etc. A small number of granules should be put in one by one through accessible openings.

Stability : 12 months in normal storage conditions in a dry place.

Toxicity : the active ingredient is not included on the list of active pesticide agents classed as highly toxic, toxic or harmful by European standards. Nor is it featured in tables A, B and C of poisonous substances in France's Public Health Code. A bait contains 0.84% g of active ingredient. The lethal absorption dose is 5 g for a child and 20 g for an adult.

Inhalation : no effect

Skin contact : no effect

Ingestion : do not swallow.

Approval : France : sold over-the-counter without any particular provisions about selling and labelling. Belgium : Public Health approval number : 396 B
